In this episode, I interviewed Walter Grandez. Walter is a strength & conditioning coach and sports scientist. Walter has worked with a variety of sports including soccer and rugby. He also has a good amount of experience working with the youth athlete population.
The main topic of this episode was growth and maturation. Through his experience with a couple academy clubs in soccer, Walter has established some knowledge in the process and proper training methods of growth and maturation of the youth athlete.
