In this episode, I interviewed Justin Richardson who is a Physio and Rehab Coach at Athletes Authority. Justin has experience in both the sports performance and sports medicine fields being a S&C and Physio. He works in an integrated performance and rehab model at Athletes Authority.
The main topic of this episode was Justin’s approach and opinion on how to best help athletes in the rehab performance continuum. Justin gives ideas to practitioners to provide better care for athletes and also gives tips to athletes to make sure they are getting proper care.
