In this episode I interviewed Laura Fox who is the Owner and Physiotherapist at Fox Physio. Laura has developed a niche population working with strength based athletes. She treats many powerlifters, bodybuilders, and gym goers.

Common pains that are seen with resistance training and how to address the issues. Specifically anterior shoulder pain and anterior hip pain.
