In this episode, we focus on how David likes to incorporate integrated fitness into training as well as his approach to strength training that carries into sport.
Some topics discussed…
His current role and how he works collaboratively with performance, medical, and the coaching staff.
Designing training to meet the coaches game strategy.
What is “integrated fitness.”
Integrating “conditioning” into training/practice.

Some examples of drills he has implemented in the past and ways he has changed them to get the achieved conditioning stimulus he wants.
His experiences and decision making in determining the type of integrated fitness being skills, small sided games, etc.
The benefits of integrated fitness.
His process in identifying the needs for the sport and improving upon them within the weight room.
