In this episode I have the pleasure of talking to former professional rugby player and current Strength & Conditioning coach at Eastern Illinois University, Seb Pearson. We talk about many things such as how S&C helped him, how important it is for all athletes, the differences in training for different sports, and some of his coaching philosophies/styles. Seb's former athletic experience, combined with his coaching experience, has made him a very knowledgable coach in the field.
